Job Summary
Green's BrandSource Home Furnishings is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
- Greet and help customers
- Take payments
- Answer phones
- Manage and book deliveries
- Register products
- Sort mail
- Submit warranty claims
- Data entry
- Assisting other staff
- Filing
- Emailing
- Daily cash count
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Computer knowledge, comfortable with office equipment and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
