What You’ll Do:

Verify against purchase orders, process invoices, update inventory records
Schedule and coordinate deliveries with precision and efficiency; Cigo & Windward
Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Track orders and resolve delivery issues proactively
Ensure accurate paperwork and inventory checks

We’re Looking for Someone With (But are Willing to Train😊):

Logistics Skills: experience in delivery coordination, dispatch, or retail operations
Tech Savvy: comfort with delivery software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
Problem-Solving Attitude: ability to handle last-minute changes calmly
Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
Customer-Focused: friendly and professional communicator
